In Courage, Iger took bold decisions, and unleashes creativity.

In Decisiveness, Iger made all business decisions right on time thus discouraged from adopting impractical strategies.

In Fairness, Iger equally treated all workforce working under his leadership.

When bookstore assistant concluded her book review then Michael decided to buy book in paperback, he headed towards the cash counter, gave VISA credit card to swipe, and after getting receipt headed towards his home in Orlando with his bought book.
