Every year on April 10, Lunar New Year is celebrated in China, Vietnam, and South Korea and in the rest of the world where followers live. In China there is a public holiday to mark Chinese New Year. The Spring Festival lasts for fifteen days and concluded when the full moon is sighted. People living in those countries exchange the greetings, shares the happiness among each other to celebrate happy Chinese New Year.

Now let’s talk about this story, this is a story about a Chinese family who celebrated fervor with passion Chinese New Year.

In Chinese town in China, the morning began after exchanging happy Chinese New Year wishes between Ling, her sister Mei and granny Po Po. There was a fifteen days holiday. 

To ward off evil spirits and bring good luck inside home, Ling, Mei teamed up together with their grandma Po Po to sweep and clean from every corner of the house to make tidy before beginning of Spring Festival. 

After sweeping the house, when time comes to pay attention towards statue of Kitchen God that lay on kitchen shelf, entered into the kitchen and applied polish after cleaning. To make Kitchen God happy and for the sake of to utter nice happenings from to Jade Emperor in Heaven, Ling and Mei tussled with each other and insisting for painting honey on lips of Kitchen God first. 

Seeing that uneasiness between the two sisters, their mom intervened to bring calmness urged them to both put honey on lips of Kitchen God together.
