Syrian family begun beekeeping to earn living when migrated

Before striking the war in Syria, there was a peaceful life. Once there lived a couple named Nuri and Afra in Aleppo. They were happy, living a simpler and countryside life.

Nuri was a beekeeper and his wife was an artist. Nuri earned his living by keeping honey bees in beehives and Afra used to sell her landscape paintings in public market place. The day starts when Nuri heard the calling of morning prayers and then he goes into the hives.

But the life changes when the war ravaged in Syria including Aleppo. They had to migrate, leaving everything behind. During the warfare, unfortunate incident happened, Afra had lost her eyesight, and became blind.

The escaping was not easy, Syrian couple borne hardship during reaching out into Britain after passing through Turkey and Greece.

Life was not easy to survive in Britain. Nuri and Afra were alien to this new country. To survive, whatever skills, experience, knowledge they had, utilized and started living but under harder and unfavorable circumstances.

In Yorkshire, Afra's cousin, Mustafa along with her husband Nuri started beekeeping to earn living. The homeless Syrian family lost everything on their way to Britain.
